Waitlist privacy notice

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• your full name, work e-mail address and company name;
• your role and company size, if you choose to give them;
• the topic and message of a demo, enterprise or contact request, if you send one;
• the date and time you agreed to be contacted;
• basic technical details: your browser's user-agent string and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself);
• the page you used the form on, and campaign tags in the link you followed, if any (for example utm_source).

This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.

We use your details only to contact you about early access to EndSecure, to answer a request you sent us, to plan who we onboard and when, and to protect the form from abuse (for example, limiting repeated sign-ups from one network). We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.

• Your entry is saved in a database on servers run by our hosting provider, with access limited to the EndSecure team.
• A copy may be added to a private Google Sheet (Google acts as our service provider) that the team uses to manage the list.
• We use our e-mail provider to notify the team of a new sign-up and, if enabled, to send you a short confirmation.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep your details until your early access has started and we no longer need them for that purpose, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for information about the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, and raise a grievance with us. You may have similar rights under the laws of the place where you live.

To use any of these rights, including deleting your entry from the waitlist, contact us by hello@endsecure.in. We will confirm once it is done. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can escalate a grievance to the relevant data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India.

The site is served over HTTPS, database and service credentials are kept on the server only, and access to the list is limited to people who need it to run early access.

If we change how we handle waitlist data, we will update this page and the date above.
